The Newlong BD-III fully automatic band heat sealer (or BD-IIIFV with conveyor) is an economical continuous vertical sealing system designed for polyethylene or vinyl coated paper bags. This machine features an adjustable sealing and conveying height for bag heights of 100-500 mm and offers a unique Teflon coated band that seals without burning.
Optional add-ons such as hot printer (1 or 2 line printing with tape break detector), emboss coder, dust cleaner, trimmer, and gusset roller.
